Billets réservés pour visiter les principaux sites d'Athènes et qui permettent d'éviter la file d'attente, super gain de temps. Le guide audio du quartier Plaka est très intéressant. En revanche le guide audio de l'Accropole (pris en supplément sur l'application) était selon nous un peu trop descriptif et ne donnait pas assez de contexte/d'explication sur l'histoire contrairement à celui de Plaka.

The ticket buying process was very straight-forward. The venues were all interesting and you could visit them all on one or two days as they were so close together. The only negative side is that you HAD to visit the acropolis first according to the online chat beforehand; it would be nice to be able to visit some of the other sites and to visit the acropolis at a time of your choice throughout the time you have.

It allowed us to visit attractions we may not have otherwise. Also assess to the different sites was easy and we enjoyed the experience. The audio guide was easy to use and it made the tour of the different site more interesting. However, the audio guide was sometimes hard to follow. It would help if there was a more specific guide to which part was being discussed.

The late afternoon walking tour was great, especially that it ended at the top, where you could linger for the sunset on your own. First time so can't compare the crowds but there were plenty of people about but it did not affect our tour. The lady was knowledgable and made it a pleasant and informative tour. I would recommend it for a first time visitor for sure.

We walked to the site from an offsite location, which we were not expecting. But our guide was knowledgeable and moved at a great pace, never rushed us. We saw a lot more of the whole site than I expected which we loved. We were looking for an early morning tour. We wish we had set out up the hill a little faster to beat the onslaught of crowds but the guide worked well with it. Cool day and great views.

Being physically there and then learning even more all about this iconic place , its history its myths and legends tragedies and stunning ancient entertainment places - and much more was so powerful and exhilarating . I was not. tied for one second. Our tour guide was so knowledgeable and made everything come to life brilliantly. My partner and i both loved hour 3 -4hour totally absorbing experience.

As senior citizens we made it up and we made it down. It was beautiful and awesome, but slept the rest of the evening and into the next morning. But , I would do it again, it was all worth it! Thank you!

This was a wonderful experience. The tour guides were easy to locate, organized and timely. The guide herself was very knowledgable, accomodating and friendly. Our group was a moderate size; not so large that it affected the guides ability to manage and track the group members nor did it affect her ability to feed us the historical information of the acropolis and answer questions.

Tour guide was great. Of course the site was great Only criticism would be that the tour route did not respect the original approach was meant to be. We only followed that route on our departure down the hill. Feels like we took the "back door" in. Knowing how important the ceremonial route up to the acropolis is, this was a disappointment to have missed the "proper" promenade experience. That said, the information provided on the route we did take, was informative and well presented. Still would recommend the visit without a doubt. I mean, it's probably the most significant site to see if you are interested in the cradle of western civ

The guide we had was awesome. She answered all our dumb questions and made each question important. I was a little slower than the rest and before she proceeded up the hill she made sure we were all there. Our guide was so knowledgeable and she made it interesting Not just all facts. I am from the west coast of Canada so this was a once in a lifetime experience . It was worth it.

Teniamos reserva a las 10:00 y llegamos 10 min antes, como indicaba el mail. Hasta las 10:30 no salimos de la oficina (sin nadie darnos ninguna explicación). Finalmente la guía nos dijo q no teniamos el slot de entrada hasta las 10:45 y que por eso nos habian hecho esperar. La visita estuvo bien (mucha gente y atascos en algunos puntos), con una guía muy formada y agradable. Se notaba qie conocía bien la historia de la Acrópolis y el museo. Pero el hecho de que la visita fuera 45 min más tarde de lo previsto nos decepcionó, ya que hubiéramos reservado en la hora previa o quizá hubieramos podido descansar un poco más en el hotel.

The experience itself was ok. But I booked (via google ) a ticket for the akropolis MUSEUM. Then in the end it turned out to be a ticket for the Acropolis (where we already went to a couple of days before. Then I called Headout. They said they were not responsible for a refund, I should call key tours. (I had bought several tickets at key tours before so I thought they would help (for hundreds of euro's). Then Key tours said they were not responsible so I should get back to Head out. At Head out I got a number from Key tours in de UK and the USA. When I started calling I thought this would cost me a lot more money on telephone bills so I stopped. We decided then to go to the acropolis for a second time. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mi experiencia a la Acrópolis fue buena, sólo destaco que la audioguía no era para recorrer la Acrópolis sino para recorrer el barrio de Plaka, en el idioma inglés (muy cercano a la Acrópolis) Si tienen tiempo y saben inglés la recomiendo ya que muestra lugares que yo no hubiera recorrido por mis propios medios y me sirvió porque no tomé ningún tour La experiencia al templo de Poseidón fue muy buena, ya que fue puntual, el micro que nos llevó venía bien equipado (había wifi y espacio para cargar los teléfonos) y teníamos audioguías para el recorrido hasta el Cabo Sounion

Empfehlenwert und keine Mängel! Alles lief ausgezeichnet. Bei diesem Ausflug nutzten wir das Südtor als Eingang, was großartig war, weil wir zuerst das Dionysos-Theater und dann die Akropolis sehen konnten. Der Ausflug war sein Geld wirklich wert und ich empfehle, ihren Service zu nutzen.

E' stato semplice. Non era chiaro l'orario di chiusura dell'Acropoli. Arrivati lì ci hanno informati che l'Acropoli chideva alle 17:00 e quindi avendo prenotato per le 16:00 abbiamo avuto poco tempo per una visita accurata.

Since the negative aspects that we encounter on the Hop On Hop Off bus are not mentioned above, I would like to use this space to mention our 'not so favourable' issues. The audio on our bus was not at all good. It was as though the connection in our earphones was at fault, but on moving seats and getting new earbuds, we could tell that the fault was definitely in the sound system itself. Very crackly and very muffled. The seats on the bus were far too small for two people to sit on but the seats were very limited in number. We sat downstairs as the bus was full upstairs. With my husband and I in the seat, I was literally sitting with my bottom on the windowsill of the bus. Not very comfortable at all, and it resulted in me getting a nasty bruise on my thigh. We sat on the bus for about 4 stops until we decided to get off as I we were so uncomfortable. Some people from our group were actually forced to sit on a parcels shelf at the back of the bus, just so that they had somewhere to sit! We had the tickets for a two day pass but after less than a half day, we never got back on. This was the biggest disappointment and waste of money for our whole two weeks holiday. We did take advantage of the 10% discount on the Acropolis and Parthenon tickets and we thoroughly loved every bit of this self guided tour. I do not however, recommend this particular HOHO bus operator at all. Perhaps there are better ones, but it was a big expense and it did not live up to expectations at all.

Re the audio guide, I bought Akropolis tickets, so expected Akropolis audio guide. Instead, it was the MUCH cheaper guide for sites I had visited already. Also, going first day of lower off-season prices was a mistake - many did the same so crowds were HUGE.

The hoho bus driver with sight seeing tours did not accept our vouchers and did not allow us on the bus. We missed the acropolipse tour . 20 min later a guide from another tour company explained to the same driver when he returned on his route that we should be allowed entry. However it was too late as we missed the last tour of the day. Fortunately we got there the next day and the skip the line tickets saved quite a bit of time.

Bei der Buchung wurde gesagt, das die Tickets an meine Emailadresse geschickt werden. Dies war nicht der Fall, ich musste mir die Headout App herunterladen. Ganz blöd, da ich der App nicht vertraue. Und die Ticketpreise waren viel zu teuer. Vor Ort kostet ein Erwachsener-Ticket nur 20 €.

My visit to Acropilis was amazing. I went by myself around 5pm. The views were absolutely breathtaking although it was a little crowded. Nonetheless, I got some great photos and people offered to take photos for me. However, I never received the audio equipment. When I arrived at the ticket window, someone pointed me in the directed to get my ticket scanned. I was never offered audio equipment.

We were really impressed by the acropolis. The walking routes were well laid out and the boards informative. Incredible restoration work has been done since I last saw the Parthenon 25 years ago! I would highly recommend visiting. Staff were also helpful and queues managed effectively.

Great experience to see this ancient wonder, we opted to visit the Akropolis first thing in the morning at 8am which was perfect as the crowds were still small the weather was nice but cool and after we finished exploring it was only 10am so plenty of time to do other things during the day, highly recommend and of course you can't be in Athens and don't visit Akropolis so you really don't have a choice but to do it! Well at least I believe so, it is worth it definitely as you can literally feel the energy when you are there.

Easy to access mobile tickets and we are able to use our tickets to Acropolis entrance and HOHO bus. Well worth it. My visit to Athens was awesome. The employees of HOHO bus was knowledgeable.
